Why choose Vacuum Toilet?
The reason for purchasing a vacuum toilet can vary. In some cases the reason can be to save water, which again will lead to large reduction of sewage. The vacuum toilet uses only 8 dl of water every time it's flushed.
A vacuum system can be installed by using pipes with small dimensions from Ø32 mm. Being able to use pipes with such a small dimension is a big advantage concerning pipe laying, and reduces both costs and space requirements. The vacuum system is independent of gravity. Long horizontal transportation of sewage is therefore possible. Vacuum Toilet - FINALLY for cottages and holiday homes
A traditonal water toilet uses from 4-9 litres of water every time you flush, whereas a vacuum toilet uses only 0,8 litres of water per flush. This is a reduction in water consumption of approximately 80 %. Low water consumption gives less sewage, which means smaller collecting tank and less to empty. Several cottages can be connected to the same tank. |
